Talladega Superspeedway Steals My Son's Heart

    Starting Monday, my intelligent, conservative, quiet, well-spoken Son Number 2 will start an internship at....wait for it....The Talladega Superspeedway!  In our neck of the woods, racing at 'Dega is the most popular sport, bar none, including the South's favorite sport of football.  Did you see the movie "Talladega Nights:  The Ballad of Ricky Bobby"?  Right now that is as much as I know about Talladega, other than you don't go anywhere near it when a race is scheduled.  More than 100,000 people gather to see their favorite racecar drivers win....or at least get in a wreck.
